Martin Tritilek is the founder & president of Photon System Instruments (PSI) company that focuses on the development of customized plant phenotyping systems. He has over 30 years experience in the design and manufacturing of cutting-edge technology. Martin’s strong background in optics, electronics and biophysics allowed him to participate in development of a numerous instruments from large-scale imaging system to small pocket-size handheld devices used for detection of optical signals based on absorbance, reflectance and fluorescence.

Edhem (Eddie) Custovic, PhD is the current managing director of Scientific Instruments Australia. He is electronics engineer with a PhD in remote sensing. He is a highly experience engineer and manager with the ability to deliver exceptional project outcomes. He is a cross disciplinary researcher and facilitator of dozens of multi stakeholder investigations. He has worked on R&D projects in a variety of sectors including defence, communications, power, food & agriculture, automotive, health, sports technology and civil/construction. He has held numerous executive board roles in global organisations.
